Natural Paving Products (UK) Ltd says it has had to re-shape its sales force to cope with rge current rise in sales. It has appointed hard landscaping expert Andy Toovey and promoted its own Tim Rushton.
Dividing the country in half, Andy takes on the role of Southern Sales Manager while Tim becomes Northern Sales Manager.
The company says this is part of its MOP (Merchant Only Policy) intended to help Natural Paving Products build even stronger relationships with the UK's builders merchants.
Andy Toovey brings 27 years of experience in the hard landscaping industry to Natural Paving Products. Most recently he was with Charcon, part of Aggregate Industries. He also has extensive experience working as a Sales Director at an independent builders merchant.
Tim Rushton joined Natural Paving Products in 2012, already having 16 years of experience in the market. Since starting, Tim has significantly developed the company’s business in Scotland, including co-ordinating the new distribution centre at Grangemouth.Malcolm Gough, Business Development Director at Natural Paving Products, says: “The new structure of our sales team offers real potential for growth as we take a more strategic approach to looking after our merchants and helping them develop and increase their landscaping sales.
