Prodigeous long-distance runner John Krause, the Managing Director of London stone and terrazzo company Diespeker, has been selected to represent Great Britain in the 55-60 age group at the 2016 European Long Distance Triathlon Championships in Poland on 24 July.

“It’s quite something to be representing my country for the first time – sometimes I have to pinch myself to believe it,” says John.
