The Szerelmey GB stone cladding and flooring specialist arm of London contractors Szerelmey, have appointed Mark Dellar as their operations manager and Neville McLean to work in the Oxford area.
Mark Dellar has been appointed to implement the tighter controls and systems that are required to manage the construction and procurement process as the business expands.
He has been in the stone industry for 13 years and, together with Steve Dite, will share responsibility for the delivery of Szerelmey GB Ltd projects across the UK and the Channel Islands.
Neville McLean, who is highly experienced and has a background in the stone industry, has been appointed to procure and work on new build and restoration projects in the Oxford area.
Gary Williams, Managing Director of Szerelmey GB, says: “The new appointments are a strategic decision to deal with the expansion of the business. Our turnover has increased by 40% in the past year. Neville is very experienced, having worked from a trained mason to director level, and I believe he will play an integral part in the expansion of the company, particularly in the Oxford area.
“Mark is truly an excellent technician with an outstandingly structured approach to business and construction.
“He has already been instrumental in our company and group quality audits, which were highly successful. I am sure both Mark and Neville will play key roles in the successful expansion of the business in the coming years.”
