Brachot-Hermant to hold open house at new Stone Gallery
Stone wholesalers Brachot-Hermant have completely renewed their Stone Gallery showroom at their premises in Deinze, Belgium, and they extend an invitation to you to go and see it when they hold an open house on 14, 15 and 16 March.
The newly designed showroom has the product ranges of the company in marble, granite, slate and limestone laid out according to application - kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, stairs, terraces and swimming pools, and cladding. The stone is shown in the various finishes available and a special area has been set aside for more exclusive materials such as onyx, Azul Bahia and Azul Cielo.
Barchot-Hermant have also added a new finish to their granite called Anciento. It is a textured finish, but with a smooth feel, like stone worn with use. The surface is first made rough, then the pores are filled using a unique procedure so the surface has an irregular finish that feels smooth but not flat.
This finish is available on Brachot-Hermant\'s calibrated slabs in the standard product range - Ghibli, Rustenbuild, Black I, Kashmire White, Multicolor Red, Rose de la Clarte, Labrador Blue DB, Vert Maritaca, Baltic Brown and Paradiso Bash.
Brachot have some of their own quarries. They have Monzonite and Larvik quarries in Norway and more recently have acquired the Rose de la Clarte quarry in Perros-Guerec, France.
In the factory behind the showroom visitors during the open days will be able to see one of Europe\'s most modern and efficient processing plants, including a new production line with vacuum pumps that Brachot-Hermant have installed for resining slabs.
There is a new product range called Okite, which are agglomerates available as slabs and tiles in colours that can be chosen from a chart.
