Herefordshire company Black Mountain Quarries have started production of flagstones and crazy paving from a new quarry. The new range sits alongside the current range of building stone, roofing materials and other hard landscaping products.

Production of the new range has been started in response to demand from customers who want flagstones and crazy paving from a UK quarry, say the company. "We are really excited about the new range as it gives our customers an authentic product from the Black Mountains," says sales and marketing manager Martin Howlett.

Initial reaction to the product has been excellent with people admiring the gently riven, soft green stone. The range is suitable for both external and internal use and will be of particular interest to people who are undertaking restoration and development projects and are looking for a sympathetic, natural approach to their build."
