Charges of manslaughter and health and safety offences being brought against Michael and Gavin Shaw of Southampton masonry company Change of Style were postponed for a third time at Winchester Crown Court on 23 May. Peter Cowley is also accused of a Health, Safety, Ethical & Environmental at work offence and the company itself is charged with manslaughter and Health, Safety, Ethical & Environmental offences. The cases have now been postponed to an unspecified date in the autumn.

A man working at Change of Style, David Bail, died in hospital in May 2003 after his head had been crushed in a CNC workcentre.
