Congratulations to John Krause, the Managing Director of London stone and terrazzo company Diespeker, on the completion of his 125^th marathon.

He achieved the milestone in New Zealand. It took him three hours 36 minutes – not quite up to the personal best of three hours eight minutes he set at the London Marathon this year, but he wanted to enjoy the scenery in New Zealand.

John was due to visit Australia and had a quick look around on the internet to see if there were any runs he could take part in while he was in the Southern Hemisphere. He came upon a marathon in Queenstown, and nipped across from Australia to take part.

To top it all off, Diespeker’s action man, who celebrated his 55^th birthday this year, also did a bungee jump during his trip, although he says he will never be doing another one!
