Energy efficiency seminars aim to improve take up of Part L

Energy Efficiency Best Practice in Housing (EEBPH) have launched a series of seminars across England and Wales to help homebuilders meet and exceed Building Regulations Part L1 and encourage higher standards of energy efficiency in homes.

The seminars are free and open to anyone involved in building. Contact details are below for anyone wishing to sign up to their nearest event. Alternatively, visit the web address given below for a booking form and further details.

The 2002 revisions to Part L of the Building Regulations have had major implications for the design, construction and refurbishment of houses. However, despite being in force for well over a year, there is still confusion about how they should be applied.

The seminars will provide an answer. They run from 10am to 4pm (registration from 9.30am) and include lunch.
