Stone tools and equipment supplier Stonegate has extended the latest time orders can be received for next day delivery by an hour. The cut-off time is now 4pm.

Stonegate says the extension is the result of listening to what customers said they wanted after the company asked for feedback.

The company says the response from customers was overwhelmingly positive. However, one key improvement identified was to extend the next-day delivery cut-off time. So that is what Stonegate has done.

Graham Hazell, Stonegate’s Senior Director, says: “Our team has worked hard with our shipping partners and we can now offer next-day delivery for orders placed before 4pm.”

Operations Manager Alan Pollard played a key role in securing this new cut-off time and had this to say about the change: “We’re really excited about extending our order cut off time, this will enhance our service even further.”

Clayton Worsley, the Territory Manager for Europe, is excited. “Hearing the feedback from our existing customers has allowed us to understand what is really important to stone fabricators everywhere. I'm hopeful that our new cut off time will ensure our existing and potential customers know how committed Stonegate is to excellent customer satisfaction, giving new customers the confidence to come on board with us.”

The new cut-off time was introduced from today (14 January), kicking off the New Year in the right direction for the Stonegate team, who have always prided themselves on prioritising their customers' experience with the company.
