General: Kasins OY are specialist designers and manufacturers of stone processing machinery with more than 30 years experience. Close contact with the operators of their machines has enabled them to develop value for money solutions for stone processing requirements. They incorporate the latest high quality components, cutting edge innovations and latest in-house software technology to produce reliable, accurate, solid, easy to install and operate machines that require minimal maintenance.

The Tiger 625 Compact Bridge Saw is a good example. It is mainly used for kitchen worktop and memorial processing, but can also be used for sawing building / interior stones such as stair treads and risers, window cills and thin tiles. It weighs in as 2900kg and should not need any civils as it is supplied with its own steel legs that can be mounted directly on to the floor, making it easy and quick to commission – it can be ready for production in a couple of hours. High tolerance precision linear bearings give accurate sawing in both directions. Greasing points are minimised and easy to access. Automatic lubrication is available as an option. The machine has long-life guides and rails that are protected against dust, dirt and any other impurities. Robust and vibration free design offers long operational life with minimal service requirements. Kasins offer a two-year extended renewable warranty with an annual service contract.
