Roccia Machinery is the UK agent for GMM bridge saws and edge polishers, Brembana CNC workcentres and water jet cutters, and Pellegrini wire saws and quarry equipment. It will have four members of staff at the Verona exhibition supporting its suppliers.

Roccia Director Darren Bill says GMM and Pellegrini will both be showing new machines at the Marmomacc exhibition, although they want to make a big splash at the show and details are being kept under wraps until then.

Milestones this year for Roccia have included the first table exchange Bridge saw from GMM. This uses moving tables and an external camera station to increase productivity from a single saw by reducing load and unload times. The machine has been installed at a major producer in Leicester.

Later this month (September) Roccia will also be delivering the first full cutting line from GMM to a customer in the south of the UK.

Roccia says it is experiencing a record volume of sales and extremely high enquiry levels this year, so it is expecting to see a lot of visitors from the UK on the stands of the companies it represents in Verona.
