The first \'E\' version of Volvo\'s L330 wheeled loader to come into the UK has been bought by Hanson Bath & Portland Stone to work in their quarries on Portland, Dorset. The 50-tonne loadfing shovel has been equipped with heavy duty block handling forks supplied by Gjerstad. It can handle blocks up to 12m3 (about 25 tonnes) and has Prolec TMI system fitted for weighing the stone on the forks.
