Paul Newsam, managing director of London specialists PAYE Stonework & Restoration, receiving the first ever facade cleaning certificates from Stuart Littlefair of the CITB\'s section that concentrates on the specialist contractors. Paul accepted the certificates at the Stone Federation Great Britain annual conference in Stratford on behalf of PAYE facade cleaners Robert Cann and Robert Bourke.
