Feeling down? A lot of people are. Calls to the Lighthouse charity's Construction Industry Helpline have increased by 25% over the past 10 days.
If you want the Helpline, call 0345 505 1956 in the UK or 1800 939 122 in Ireland, or download the mobile app for Android and iOS.
The Helpline is for people suffering with stress, anxiety or depression. It also provides access to other areas of support such as anger management, drug and alcohol dependency, debt management, legal advice, and emergency financial aid.
Some people don't like to call, or don't feel bad enough to warrant calling, but could still do with some help. If that's you, you might like to take part in the free Online Wellbeing Workshops for Construction Workers starting on 16 April.
Anyone can take part in these 45-minute online sessions as long as they have an email address and access to the internet (you can use your smartphone). For full details click here.
Sessions will run weekly, starting at midday. To register for these events click on the title below:

The Wellbeing Workshops are being produced in a new collaboration between the Lighthouse construction industry charity and construction software firm Construction Industry Solutions (Coins) which, says Bill Hill, CEO of Lighthouse, has "a big heart and a huge social conscience".
He says: "We are delighted to be collaborating with them to deliver this series of free wellbeing life skill workshops to help everyone in our industry cope and navigate through these distressing times.”
