Ian Gostling retires from NAMM - but he\'ll be back

Ian Gostling, the national executive officer of memorial masons organisation NAMM, retired at the end of the National Funeral Exhibition (see page 6) that NAMM supported with their Tradex exhibition.

Ian has been with NAMM since 2005. Following his retirement he was taking a month\'s holiday, after which it was hoped he would return in a consultancy capacity to continue to be the \'face of NAMM\' to burial authorities and NAMM members, as well as helping to recruit his successor.

Until a successor is appointed, Jenny Gregson, the managing director of memorial masons J Child & Son of Rochdale, Lancashire, and twice previously a president of NAMM, will work at the organisation\'s head office in Rugby for three days a week.
