A new agency agreement has been signed that sees Intermac UK offering Emmedue saws to customers in the stone industry in addition to its own range of CNC machines. Established in its current form in 1992 but with a history going back 25 years, Emmedue of San Marino in Italy is well-known in the UK as a manufacturer of saws for marble, granite and stone. The range covers manual units through to CNC models and includes features such as 360∫ rotating tables and lasers to aid blade positioning against templates placed on top of the material to be cut. As part of the agreement, Intermac UK will provide after-sales service and spares support on Emmedue saws and are installing a machine in the showroom at their Daventry headquarters.
