For the second year running, J Rotherham in Yorkshire, one of the country’s top stone processors, was short-listed for the Telegraph newspaper’s Festival of Business Award, presented in London on 10 November.

Rotherham was one of just four companies selected from among more than 500 entrants. The Award celebrates mid-size companies – the companies that are the mainstay of the British economy and provide most jobs.

The winner was a sausage company called Heck Food, but J Rotherham Managing Director Matt Rotherham says: “It is such an achievement to be shortlisted for an award with such a prominent reputation and high calibre of nominees, yet again!”
