The final meeting of members and creditors of masonry company Overstone Ltd, of Netherwater, Tideswell, near Buxton, is taking place at 93 Queen Street, Sheffield on 5 June. Claims amounting to £243,500 have been received but assets realised have proved insufficient to enable a dividend to be paid to any class of creditor, say the liquidators from Poppleton & Appleby in Sheffield.
