Patrick Land, purchasing manager at Pisani\'s depot near Matlock, Derbyshire, has just celebrated 25 years with the stone and machinery wholesalers. Working for Pisani is somewhat of a family tradition for Patrick. His father retired from the company six years ago after 30 years there and Patrick had three uncles, two cousins and his brother working there. Even his wife, Bev, joined the company after their wedding.

To commemorate the long service, chairman and managing director Costas Sakellarios presented Patrick with a watch and a wallboard of photographs showing Patrick during 25 years with the company. Patrick started with Pisani in the polishing shed, moved into sales when he got married and then went into purchasing.
