Accurite, the machinery suppliers in Ulverston, Cumbria, have taken on the agency to supply the entire range from Italian manufacturers Ghines.

The products include Systar and Systhema milling and routing machines, dust bench and waterwall dust control systems and hand-held machines such as the Sector routing and polishing machine and Easy-Bevel arising machine. Ghines also produce a range of machine tools that Accurite will sell.

Stocks of the products will be held at Accurite\'s warehouse and showroom in Ulverston and the machines will be available for demonstration alongside the Denver and Pedrini machines that Accurite sell and their recently introduced own-brand range of saws.

Accurite\'s Mark Brownlee told NSS the Ghines products fill a gap in his portfolio. He says customers who have bought machines come back to him for top quality tools for them, which he will now be able to supply from the Ghines range.

He says the Ghines range takes Accurite into new market areas and improves their offering in areas such as dust control systems, which he believes will continue to sell well in response to Health, Safety, Ethical & Environmental concerns.

Ghines in Italy say they were looking for a collaborator in the UK who had a good reputation and product knowledge, experience in the market, the facilities to display and demonstrate the products, and good after-sales support with a team of qualified technicians to call on.
