Instarmac Group PLC, makers of UltraScape and Ultrafloor, Wondertex and Granfix, is a Sunday Times 'Best Small Companies to Work For’ 100 winner for the 8th time. The Award was given to the company at a presentation ceremony in Battersea Evolution, Battersea Park, London, on 22 February.

The Sunday Times 'Top 100' Awards were introduced in 2001. They are split into four categories, with one of the categories for small companies.

Each year sees thousands of companies register to take part in the surveys from which the winners are selected. They cover topics such as Leadership, Wellbeing, Giving Something Back, Personal Growth, My Manager, My Company, My Team, and Deal. The top 100 places are awarded following research conducted by Best Companies. Instarmac has been among the top 100 for eight years now.

John Holcroft, Instarmac Group Managing Director, says: “At Instarmac we live by a simple philosophy, which is to work hard, have fun and make a difference, and our dedicated and engaging workforce do just that. I'm delighted that Instarmac has been recognised as a ‘Best Company to Work For’ and feel tremendous pride having been awarded this top honour for the 8th time."
