Staffordshire manufacturer Instarmac, which makes the UltraTile, UltraScape and UltraFloor ranges, among others, is once again in the prestigious ‘Sunday Times Best Small Companies to Work For’ list. This is the 9th year it has been included.
The recognition follows research conducted by Best Companies, which involves employees (Instarmac has 175) completing an anonymous survey on topics such as leadership, wellbeing, giving something back, personal growth, my manager, my company and my team.
Instarmac has achieved 'three star' status, the highest level.
John Holcroft, Managing Director, says: “It’s always been my aim to work alongside a team of people who are happy to come to work, who are enthusiastic about what we do and share my passion for giving something back to the local community. This respected award is testament to the dedication of our entire workforce and I feel enormous pride having been awarded this top honour for the 9th year.”
In the past 12 months Instarmac has also been ranked number one in the Mid Market 300, were a ‘Low-Risk Operator’ from DVSA, and received a FORS Silver Award and a RoSPA Gold Medal.
