London Stone, which specialises in natural stone hard landscaping and bespoke stone products, has carried out a major refurbishment of its three showrooms – in Stanwell Moor (Middlesex), Knockholt (Kent) and Brentwood (Essex), all strategically located for easy access from the M25.

The showroom interiors have been brought up to an exacting standard designed to hit customers with the wow! factor as soon as they walk through the doors.

The aim is to provide the perfect atmosphere for creative discussions with clients, or to allow customers to pore over designs and drawings, perhaps with their architects, see samples and receive expert advise from the experienced sales advisors close at hand.

Not that the sales staff are over zealous. But with many years of combined experience in the natural stone industry, they are perfectly placed to give advice on technical issues such as installation and maintenance.

Visitors are encouraged to help themselves to refreshments from the well-stocked fridge or bean-to-cup coffee machine, and take their time perusing the products on display. There is a sample cupboard to search through and compare colours and finishes, and clients can retire to comfortable and spacious seating areas to consider their choices.

There are even iPads and large  computer screens available in the reception area for viewing detailed product information and image galleries of real-life projects for inspiration.
