This is the latest addition to Italian stone supplier Antolini’s Textures+ collection, which has patterns cut into the face of natural stone slabs. This one is called Flexwave, on one of the stones to which Antolini claims exclusivity, Bianco Lasa ‘Fantastico’.

Adding patterns to stones is intended to introduce a new element to stone for interior designers. In this case, the undulating movement of the Flexwave finish emphasizes the tactile properties of this stone, drawing attention to its colours and transparency. Antolini says its Textures+ collection along with its Natura with a similar theme collection add a further dimension to stone to bring architecture and fashion closer together.
