Southern firms win precision project in Manchester

Medusa Stonemasonry near Taunton, stoneCIRCLE near Basingstoke and specialist designers WL Stone in Paignton Devon are working together on a spectacular new water feature in a major development in Manchester thanks to London computerised design specialists Texxus, the company who produced the detail stone cutting programmes for the Princess Diana Memorial in Hyde Park.

The Spinningfields development is by Allied London in partnership with Manchester City Council. It has been designed by Foster & Partners with Hyland Edgar Driver (HED) the landscape architects. Bovis are main contractors with Wrekin Construction.
