Tim Abbott has been promoted to the position of technical director of Stewart Design (UK) Ltd, the natural stone design company based in the Cotswolds. Tim\'s role will be to concentrate on the technical aspects of the business including developing the 3D Cad/Cam side. Tim also now attends Stone Federation Great Britain Technical Committee meetings for Stewart Design.

Stewart Design have further strengthened the structure of their business by promoting Nigel Hudson to senior project draughtsman and recruiting Andy Moore, an experienced stonemasonry draughtsman, in the same role. This has increased their number of stonemasonry-trained draughtsmen to five. Andy Maclean, managing director and founder of the business, will now spend more time developing the commercial side to broaden the company\'s client base.
