Stone Federation Village returns to ExCeL

The Stone Federation Village will be back at next year\'s Natural Stone Show, this time right in the middle of the hall.

The new layout for the 2004 event will see the Stone Federation Great Britain stand as the hub of the \'village\', with members\' stands positioned in the adjacent blocks.

The \'village\' will also feature live demonstrations of stone being worked and a technical help desk will be manned throughout the show. Stone Federation technical experts will be on hand to answer questions and Stone Federation members will be available to help visitors with both the selection and choice of stone.

Many stone samples will be on display and photographs of projects where stone has been used will be seen on members\' stands.

Once again, Stone Federation will be organizing talks in its Stone in the City seminar format in the lecture rooms at the rear of the hall. And in view of the outstanding success of Stone in the City at the 2002 Natural Stone Show, which attracted a sell-out attendance of 180 architects and specifiers, there will be two presentations in 2004 of this RIBA CPD-accredited event.
