Stonemason Piers Conway from Portland, Dorset, is pictured showing some of his work to The Viscount Marchwood during a Queen Elizabeth Scholarship award ceremony in London. Piers received an award of £6,000 to enable him to attend a six month William Morris Craft Fellowship he has won from the Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings (see NSS June issue).
