For 25 years Oxford company APS Masonry have been keeping Raymond Blanc’s exclusive Michelin Star restaurant, Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, in Great Milton, Oxfordshire, up to the standards expected by the clientele. To commemorate the successful and on-going relationship with the restaurant, Aidan Mortimer, the Chief Executive Office of APS Masonry parent Symm, has presented Raymond Blanc with a large inscribed stone that the company have installed at the entrance to La Belle Epoque, Le Manoir’s private dining room. Raymond Blanc commented: “Way back in 1984, Symm were chosen to change our beautiful 15^th century manor house into Le Manoir. Since then they have been commissioned to do all our developments.”
