Thieves take 10 tonnes of building stone from Cotswold housing renovation site

Stolen: 10 tonnes of walling stone.

Thieves have stolen £15,000 worth of natural Cotswold walling stone from a housing renovation site in Nailsworth, near Stroud in the Cotswolds.

Overnight on 1-2 December they took the 10 tonnes of stone intended for the renovation work.

It must have taken quite a while to load the stones into a lorry or vans.

If anyone saw anything, or has been offered the stone, they should call 101 quoting incident number 46 of 2 December.
