The Tile Association to host KCS ‘Business Insight’ IT event in November

Kerridge Commercial Systems (KCS) is holding a tailored Business Insight Open Day (more of a half-day, actually) to explain about social media to the tile and KBB industries at The Tile Association in Stone, Staffordshire, on Thursday 26 November. It is free, but you need to register in advance (see below).

As well as exploring a raft of IT-related issues, the programme will feature industry speakers and presentations from leading tile businesses. The morning itinerary will conclude with a QA session and a networking lunch.

In response to industry feedback, key discussion areas on the day will include on-line trading, social media and getting to know your customer through customer relationships management (CRM).

CRM is an approach to managing a company's interaction with current and future customers. With KCS it involves using technology to organize, automate, and synchronize sales, marketing, customer service, and technical support.

KCS is an IT (information technology) supplier specialising in the tile and KBB (kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms) sectors, among others. It provides specialist software, IT services, consultancy and support to deliver fully integrated trading and management solutions to the distributive trades. Its tile clients include Beccles Tile Centre, Ceramic Tile Warehouse, European Heritage, Fired Earth and Tileflair.
