An increased focus on vocational education, including the introduction of the Traineeship Skills Development Programme and T Level qualifications,  involve on-the-job experience as well as classroom learning, so CSCS, at the request of the Construction Leadership Council, has introduced an ‘Industry Placement’ card for such trainees.
