Turkish stone show postponed by Coronavirus

The Marble fair in Izmir, Turkey, due to be held 1-4 April has been postponed due to the Coronavirus Covid-19.

No alternative date has yet been announced. The fair organisers say a new date will be chosen in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and discussions with the stone industry.

The postponement of the fair was announced today (9 March) following a statement by the Turkish Ministry of Health.

The posponement of this exhibition follows the postponement of the Xiamen stone fair in China that was to be held this month (6-9 March). The Xiamen exhibition is now scheduled for 6-9 June.
