The Southern Heat of Stone Federation Great Britain's UK Masonry Skills Challenge was held at Moulton College in Northamptonshire on 13 May. Teams from City of Bath, Building Crafts, York, Moulton and Weymouth colleges took part.

Next week, the northern heat will be held in Scotland with Edinburgh, City of Glasgow and Elgin colleges competing. The work is judged and given a mark. The winners will be announced following the Northern heat.
