The Building Regulations for England and Wales now require log books to be kept containing details of the services installed in new non-residential buildings, so owners or occupiers can monitor and control energy consumption. In response to this new regulation, Action Energy have published Building Log Books - A User\'s Guide (Ref GPG348) to provide advice to contractors, consultants, maintenance staff, facilities managers, building operators and energy managers.
