Vetro Tooling is representing Italian CNC company Denver on the island of Ireland

The Vetro Tooling stand at the Natural Stone Show in London this year. Vetro is now selling Denver CNC stone machinery across the island of Ireland.

Tool company Vetro Tooling has moved into the supply of CNC machinery. Following the Natural Stone Show in London earlier this year, at which Vetro exhibited, Denver's stone machinery is now being sold across the island of Ireland by Vetro Tooling, which is also selling Denver glass machinery in the UK and Ireland.

Vetro Tooling has a successful background in the glass trade, not only providing tooling but having its own state-of-the-art workshop and engineering team at its premises in Wickford, Essex, so it can produce bespoke solutions to the specifications of its customers.

The company has issued the following statement about its move into CNC machinery sales:

Taking our strengths and hardworking ethos we have gained from many years in the glass industry we ventured into the Stone trade a few years ago and have gone from strength to strength. Even against the unstable economy the UK is facing with Brexit, this increase has only shown true that our customer-comes-first mentality works. We continually work closely with our suppliers providing quality tooling to exceed our customers’ needs and wants, creating solutions to customers’ problems and providing methods to save both time and money.

We exhibited at the Natural Stone Show in London, from which our company gained a lot of momentum and created new partnerships with both customers and suppliers alike. We are very pleased to announce that we have partnered with Denver, a market leader in horizontal and vertical CNC machines.

For stone machinery we are the agents in Ireland (North and South) and in Glass machinery to the UK and Ireland and are very excited to bring this to the forefront of glass and stone processors to easily rival any machine currently available on the market.

As both Vetro Tooling and Denver share the same ethos this is a great opportunity to showcase the quality and service we can provide to our customers.

We will be expanding our company, including technicians, to be able to offer service plans to take the worry off the customer.

We know that investing in CNC machinery is a big investment in your company’s future and that peace of mind with quality and assistance is of the upmost importance. Denver’s headquarters in San Marino are the centre of technological excellence and anyone who is seriously interest-ed in investing in CNC machinery will of course get the opportunity to see the specialist machinery where it was created.

In line with the new Denver partnership our fully responsive WooCommerce website, which was newly renovated this year, is currently undergoing more construction by our marketing team to host new content for this side of our business.

We aim to have the new Denver content live by the end of September in time for Marmo+Mac, Verona, where we hope to see you.

Our tooling website will not be affected by the new addition and is working as usual.

To introduce you to Denver (in case you are unfamiliar with them) for 35 years they have been leading the way in outstanding quality, state-of-the-art technology and unparalleled customer service throughout the world.

They manufacture machines for the stone and glass industries and they have a solid commitment to be a reliable partner for all customers, from the demanding craftsman to the modern fabrication company. They continue to strive to improve their machines from the design stage up to ancillary services and aim to deliver real value to all customers who join the Denver World.

What sets us apart from other suppliers is that we have our own workshop, which enables us to manufacture our own wheels made from highest grade Italian diamond. With our vast knowledge in the trade, we aren’t just a reseller, we know our stuff!

Over the years we have worked closely with our partners in Italy and produced quality, bespoke tooling which has solved many of the everyday problems our customers face.

We also offer a re-grind service to prolong the life of your tools, saving your company money.

Our experienced sales team works closely with our customers and all of them are always on the end of the phone and available to pop into factories to provide solutions for an easier life in the hectic work environment many of us face every day.

David Lithauer, Managing director of Vetro Tooling Ltd, comments: “For Vetro Tooling it is a very exciting time for us. Having visited the premises of Denver in Italy and meeting like-minded people in the values our companies share, I am confident we will get the support needed and that the relationship going forward will be positive for us as a company and raising the profile of Denver.

“Our aim is to always offer our customers outstanding quality and service to rival anything cur-rently on the market and we continue to strive for this.”
