The Latchingdon, Essex, machinery and tools company D Zambelis, well known for the Spanish Gisbert saws and CNC workcentres it sells and the Italian Achilli saws, is now also offering the Nicolai brand of diamond CNC tools.

Nicolai is a long-established family run Italian manufacturer based in Carrara, one of the country’s major stone centres. It has long been recognised for the quality of its products, which offer long life and a good finish.

D Zambelis will be keeping all the most popular tools in stock, but because those tools are made in Italy, even the more unusual are only a day or two away.

And Nicolai are happy to make customised profiles to specific requirements, normally offering a turnround time of

10-14 days. If an architect is proposing something unusual, this could be the answer. Nicolai can use a DXF file to produce the profile required.

The Nicolai catalogue can now be downloaded from the Zambelis website (dzambelis.co.uk). AS well as the products, the catalogue helps processors by including information about feeds and speeds for specific kinds of stone.
